Before Kyla, there was Blue.
This is Blue. My cat. Yes, I like cats, too. It’s true that dogs are closest to my heart, but Blue has been with me for around 13 years. She’s a great cat. I call her Crook-ear these days; she had to have surgery on her ear so it’s forever crinkled. Gives her quirkiness, I think.
She didn’t like it too much when Kyla barged into her home last October, but with the gate up between them, she’s confident. And growing more so each week.

Call for puppies
Doesn’t everyone love puppies? I’m no exception. I’m one of those people that almost cries during the Pedigree commercials.
I know.
But I can’t help myself. So I’m putting out a call for puppies. If anyone has a new puppy and would like to schedule a photo session, contact me! I have some time opening up in July and would absolutely LOOOVE to get some puppy time in with the camera!

Another Awesome Foursome
These guys are the latest of my Rescued sessions. They had a great big yard to run around in plus a nice shady area with lots of trees. Thank you, McFaddens, for allowing me to document a small part of your day.

Little Boomer didn’t like the camera at all. This was one if his hidey holes for the afternoon. I think of him as the Elusive Boomer Dog.

These made me laugh.
Why do you have to “put your two cents in”… but it’s only a “penny for your thoughts”? Where’s that extra penny going to?
Once you’re in heaven, do you get stuck wearing the clothes you were buried in for eternity?
Why does a round pizza come in a square box?
Why is it that people say they “slept like a baby” when babies wake up like every two hours?
Why do people pay to go up tall buildings and then put money in binoculars to look at things on the ground?
Why do doctors leave the room while you change? They’re going to see you naked anyway.
Why is “bra” singular and “panties” plural?
Why does Goofy stand erect while Pluto remains on all fours? They’re both dogs!
If Wile E. Coyote had enough money to buy all that ACME crap, why didn’t he just buy dinner?
Did you ever notice that when you blow in a dog’s face, he gets mad at you, but when you take him for a car ride, he sticks his head out the window?
